We saw 200+ players from over 15 clubs playing on the Main pitch and the Training pitch over the afternoon and evening and were delighted to award 3 TREDS trophies to an U8, U10 and U12 player.
The whole night was a huge success and the coaches and parents who promote rugby and ferry children should be given medals.

We could not run this without the army of volunteers who offer their time and energy.
Please can I say a huge thank you to the first aiders, runners, people who manned the hooters, score card officials, car park marshals, on pitch marshals and the kitchen and bar staff.

I would also like to say a huge thanks to James Ovenden and Griddle for helping with the timings and MCing on the balcony. Devon and his refs for keeping the games in order. Ben Roberts for keeping everything on track. Karen Newbury for handing out medals and finally Paul Sliwinski and Llewellyn Perkins for organising and finalising the festival running order and getting teams engaged.

I’m sure you’ll agree it was a wonderful afternoon/evening of rugby. ?
