We also have an important meeting with Michael and the Academy team as we start the transition process, please make every effort to join us. I really hope that as many players as possible do transition into the Academy, it's a brilliant experience and the gateway to a lifetime of senior rugby at Hertford and beyond. Do please talk to me if your son is considering not continuing, I'd like the opportunity at least to understand the reasoning and ideally ask them to reconsider, at least giving the Academy a go.
